Returns & Refunds

SilkyVelour aims for hassle-free orders but will assist with damaged or incorrect products. Orders in transit or already shipped cannot be canceled. We offer replacements for damaged or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds (for canceled or returned orders) are processed within 3–5 business days, with a small convenience fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours to support@silkyvelour.com.
