Payment & Refund Policy

SilkyVelour processes payments securely and aims for hassle-free orders. Cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped or in transit. Damaged or incorrect items can be reported within 7 days for replacement only; refunds are not provided. Refunds for canceled or returned orders (if eligible) are processed within 3–5 business days, with a small convenience fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours to support@silkyvelour.com
